The Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard has been designed various job roles including Customer Service Assistants, Customer Service Agents and Customer Service Trainees, or for anyone who is looking to develop their Customer Service skills in preparation for enhanced career prospects. This programme can take up to 15 months to achieve and has been designed with individuals who are at the start of their career and who wish to take their first steps into the customer service sector in mind, as well as those who may already have developed practical experience but who wish to further develop their theoretical understanding of customer service and improve their customer skills.
